I actually brought that up privately w/Uchiki w/rt to Temu. Already a customer there. Temu is listed only as Temu ES, ie, in Spain, a supported country. I live in Portugal which is not listed as a "supported country," so I didn't know how that would work w/the company's statement (quoted above).

So I simply went to my Kinesis page, clicked on Metalback, found Temu (Temu ES), clicked on it and was taken directly to the Temu.com website page I had been on w/ several items already in the basket. Then a little windowed message came up (on the Kinesis Metalback page) stating that any activity on their site would be reported directly to the company (can't remember the exact wording). So it appears that the statement made is spot on. Haven't bought the items yet, so that'll be the next confirmation step.

I think Trogs' rec (#75) is the key -- just always go through Kinesis Metalback.

PS ... I went ahead w/ a trial purchase and just received confirmation (19 Sep) that "Your purchase of $28.29 at Temu ES was successful and pending approval for Metalback. Your Metalback should be paid into your Kinesis account within 14-150 days." -- the MetalBack is 6% of purchase price, exactly as promised by Temu for a returning customer (20% for new). Very cool indeed.

Every time your referrals use Metalback, you can earn the Referrer’s Yield or Partner’s Yield on a much higher percentage (1-10%) of their transaction, than a regular trade execution on the Kinesis Exchange (0.22). 🤯🤯🤯🔥🔥

If this is a quote, could you provide a link?

Yes from the newest article.
Nicely structured incentives.
  • Referral benefits from Metalback.
  • Referrer/Partner gets a boost to their earnings from Referrals' purchases via Metalback.
  • All Kinesis participants benefit from Metalback contributions to the fee pool.

I think so. I'm just catching up to the '70s. The 1870s.

It requires a lot of imagination, like the #Metalback hashtag. Who'd have thought up that, eh? Ah well, it wasn't taken, so...

Yes, I thought it'd be taken, but whoever thought it up did well. Covers both KAU & KAG (&others in future?).

Yes, Kinesis should move quickly because it's also pretty recognisable internationally I'd imagine.
