Further, the voting option can be used to gauge the support for individual suggestions.
Guidelines
Make each thread about a distinct suggestion.
This way it is clear what others are reacting to.
Avoid listing multiple unrelated topics in the same thread.
Make the thread title as specific as possible, so that viewers can decide whether to click on it for further details.
Here are a couple of good examples:

Provided you accept the default when you post, then other members will be able to vote on your suggestion.

How do I vote?
The following example thread shows where the voting button is.
I've circled the upvote with a green circle and the downvote with a red circle.
Firstly on a desktop display:

Given that this is just a guide, I've disabled voting, but it makes sense for it to be enabled for most threads posted here.
