Kinesis cryptocurrency migration announcement

Kinesis is migrating all cryptocurrencies on the Kinesis platform to a new market-leading custodial service.
The cryptocurrency migration will deliver significant security enhancements that ensure our users’ assets remain protected at all times.

In order for Kinesis to complete the migration, users will be unable to make crypto deposits and withdrawals or use Send and Receive features between the hours: 13:00 - 15:00 UTC on Sunday 5th March 2023.

Once the migration is complete, unique deposit addresses and any QR codes used to deposit cryptocurrency assets on the Kinesis platform will change from: 15:00 UTC on Sunday 5th March 2023.

Please be aware that, from the date and time stated above, depositing any cryptocurrencies into the Kinesis platform using an old deposit address may result in a loss of assets or a delay in assets being deposited.

Kinesis cannot take any responsibility for cryptocurrency assets sent to incorrect addresses.

Please note: users will need to inform anyone who uses their cryptocurrency deposit addresses to send them funds.

The deposit address of Kinesis’ native digital assets: KAU, KAG and KVT, will remain unchanged.

Using send by email for sends to other Kinesis participants should be a safe way to avoid accidentally using an old deposit address.
If you have to use an actual address for transfer from external wallets/other exchanges, always a good practice to lookup your KM deposit address before using it.
