My CoolWallet has both BIP and SLIP addresses for my KAG & KAU. If I were to send funds from the KMS to the wallet, which address would I use?

You could use either.
However, SLIP0010 has the advantage of being the same address derivation method as the Kinesis wallets use.
If you lost access to your CoolWallet and you needed to access funds quickly, you could restore your seed words to a Kinesis wallet and you'd get the same address as the SLIP0010 address on the CoolWallet.
Funds in the BIP44 address would not be accessible by doing the same restore to the Kinesis wallet.
