Because Wise faces ModulR, which is a regulated entity. After that it's ModulR's responsibility. And ModulR is crypto friendly.
Modulr FS Europe Ltd.support this banks ( https://modulr.readme.io/docs/supported-banks-and-aspsps). So my guess is that transfers from this banks are instant and that’s why in less tham 2 hours the funds were in my account. If you make a sepa transfer from other bank it can take a few more hours I think.
