Kinesis GBP Balance in red

I sent £50 on October 17th as a trial of the new SETA on-ramp, it's showing in my assets in red (a debit)? The money can't be withdrawn or used to buy KAU/KAG, so what does it mean?

Mine is also showing red, but I think that was always the case with GBP as far as I can remember?
I tried placing an order using my GBP balance and that works fine.
I didn't try withdrawal because I don't have a bank setup there yet.
So, I see nothing wrong.

Mine shows as nothing available if I try to place an order ......

Is it showing zero here for you? (Make sure "Buy" is selected on top)

Or is it possible that your GBP balance is already reserved for another active limit order?
In that case it will show zero.

No other orders placed/in progress. "Buy" is selected but still my GBP balance doesn't come up as available .....

If it says "Available balance: 0 GBP" and you have no open orders, while the balance in Assets shows 49.7 GBP, then I have no idea what is wrong. Time to contact support I guess...

@Stephen Oh I've just checked further on this.

Actually that line indicator has no meaning. It is just a colour design set that refers to the colour/theme of that certain crypto or fiat currency.

For example, if there's a crypto or fiat currency with red indicator, that line/border will likely to be red as well.

@Stephen In regards to your GBP balance queries, I've also sent you a chat. Please feel free to reply my chat or send us an email. We can check for you. Thanks.
