David Morgan promoting C4SM

This is David Morgan from The Morgan Report. The future of our economy is undergoing a radical shift, and sound money is at the heart of this transformation. As someone who has long championed sound money, I want to share with you the vital legislative work being done by Citizens for Sound Money (C4SM), a leading advocate for Sound Money.

Recent reports have sparked discussions around the BRICS countries moving away from traditional fiat schemes, which are prone to rampant inflation. Anil Sooklal, South Africa's ambassador to BRICS, has stated that "The days of a dollar-centric world is over... We have a multipolar global trading system today." In this shifting economic landscape, we must protect our hard-earned wealth before it's too late.

I am writing on behalf of Citizens for Sound Money (C4SM), a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to increasing adoption of sound money around the world. Jim Forsythe, Chair of C4SM was a strong pro-Liberty State Senator in NH and served as Ron Paul’s 2012 NH Campaign Chair. C4SM hired Daniel Diaz in May as its Legislative Director. Daniel served as the Executive Director of Young Americans for Freedom and has 22 years of political and lobby experience. This is a team that can get great things done, and they are already off to a strong start:

  1. Lobbying for Gold-Backed Digital Currency Bills in Texas (H.B. 4903 and S.B. 2334): C4SM legislative efforts started near the end of the Texas session, and they rapidly made contact with bill sponsors in the House and Senate. Unfortunately time ran out, but C4SM is committed to getting an early start in Texas for the 2025 session.
  2. Launching C4SM’s Legislative Agenda in Florida: The last week of July marked significant progress. Meetings during Mining Disrupt 2023 led to commitments from influential legislators, including a state senator, key figures in the Florida House, and a prominent Tallahassee lobbyist. The Director of Fintech Policy at the Florida Office of Financial Regulations, also expressed enthusiasm for C4SM's legislative agenda. Their proposal will soon be presented to Governor Ron DeSantis, who is likely to view it favorably.

C4SM needs to urgently raise an additional $128,000 before September 30th to advance a critical legislative agenda. Your generous gift will support their work in five key target states—Florida, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Texas, and Utah. Their proposed legislative package focuses on:

  1. The recognition of gold and silver as legal tender and eliminating sales tax on gold and silver if applicable.
  2. Establishing state depositories for precious metals.
  3. Implementing Asset Backed Digital Currencies (ABDCs) that are backed by physical gold or silver.

With the current state of inflation and the need to safeguard our hard-earned wealth, the need for C4SM’s Legislative efforts is incredibly urgent. Join me in supporting this movement TODAY!

As a bonus for my followers, the first 50 people to make a gift of $100 or more will receive a commemorative set of 10x 1/5th OzT silver C4SM rounds.

@Jim So David is bringing C4SM to the attention of his subscribers, does he have a formal position at C4SM?

This is great for sound money in general. David Morgan is a class act and a “believer”. As a former state Senator who hated bills crafted by a vendor anything we craft will be neutral. The states can competitively bid it out or choose to do it themselves (likely way more $). This approach is why at least one state (so far) is eager to work with us. Ie because (as they said) are grassroots vs a vendor proposal. We are working with both Kinesis and Lode and willing to work with and communicate with others. Competition is a good thing! I’ve said that repeatedly.

No, Morgan does not have a position with C4SM. Nor did he ask for anything at all. He gets nothing out of this other than a chance to bring sound money to some states and their citizens. He has my sincere deep respect and appreciation.

A rising tide lifts all boats. There won’t be any advantage to any company if this works (I think it will). Sorry if that upsets people here. But knowing many here, I don’t think it will. We are allies against fiat.

There is interest from other companies as well. We will be open with what we are doing and let them compete at the state level for trust.

Hi @Forsytjr. Is there a link between David Morgan and the pickaxe twitter account that calls kinesis a scam?

Thanks, Jim, it's really good seeing David Morgan promote this to his mailing list.

Something must be in the water.
They are becoming increasingly agitated at kinesis’ existence.
Perhaps their contacts within the industry have heard other news that won’t be pleasing to cryptos and bobs efforts to destroy kinesis?

I've been a David Morgan fan for years, seems like a genuine and intelligent dude.

I used LODE for a bit but the UI and stuff was so wacky it was just a PITA.

I think Kinesis has a great looking app that's clean and functional.
