Apple Pay status and experience of early access users

Tried to install my brother's VDC on ApplePay yesterday, it would not complete because the SMS verification never arrived. We are in Australia. This kind of thing needs to be sorted because the average newcomer will go elsewhere rather than wait. We contacted chat they couldn't help yet.

we're just currently in the final stages of review.
And we should hope to hear back from Apple shortly and once we do, we can then put official communications out about it.


 
Mid-October & still no official update? One has to wonder if Banxx actually has staff on hand or its all Upwork-to-India 3rd party efficiency.. 🙄

Kinesis has to do better customer service.

Things take time sometimes but communication is key. Feels like we are left in the dark to often as promises are made and then long time periods with no updates.

I have been using APPLE pay for a few months. Stopped working last week as transactions failed have a query in with support bit no answer why yet they said they have to contact BAANX.

Cmon Kinesis!
 
I think there wasn't any communication about apple pay and some other things because they haven't officially launched yet.

Some of the pieces are already there and some functionality may already exist, but the processes aren't complete yet.

However, given that the pieces are already there I expect we will hear about them soon.

@Lozion I've been chasing up on this and so far we haven't receive an update yet on the official press release. We understand how important this is. My hunch on this is probably something to do with Baanx waiting for Apple Inc. I'll be doing my best to follow up on this and update you as soon as possible.
