Hi Bryan, thanks for reaching out. Yes I talked last Friday to my account executive (Craig, who is always very helpful) and also to the Optimus card support in the UK, CL-card (ledger) support and to Kinesis support (Optimus and ledger support were not able to solve this and sent me finally back to Kinesis support). My card was stuck in the verification step (unable to receive an SMS text or to connect with the Optimus phone verification number). This was tried with three different iphones, so I do not believe it is a phone or OS issue here. Long story short, yesterday night I looked into my iphone wallet and suddenly the Kinesis card was ready for Apple Päy use, so probably it was manually verified by Kinesis or by the card issuer. I will try it out in a local supermarket today. Now I need to work on my wife's VC that has still the same verification problem that I had (she is travelling abroad, so this I will try later in the week).Hi @SilverFox22 we're checking on this with our card issuer asap.
Just to gather more info and be sure, did you previously reached out with your Account Executive? Could you please verify what is your smartphone's specification including the name, model & operating system?

Thanks for confirming. Yes, you can try the Apple Pay when you are ready.
Our Support Team is taking notes on your feedback. We did see several other cardholders who also come across this similar Apple Pay scenario. So probably Apple Pay was automatically or manually verified by our card issuer. I've also passed your feedback to the card issuer so that they can have a look on this. Please let me know if there is an issue with Apple Pay.
